Diego, Sunny, and Mariusz all assisted me equally and efficiently, helping me complete referencing and credit checks on the same day. During my search for a rental, I have often experienced estate agents who are slow, unresponsive, or difficult to get hold of. However, this company has been nothing but quick, efficient, and professional. I particularly appreciated that everything was handled online, which works best for me due to my busy work schedule.

4th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We had Anisa show us round our new rental property ( which we absolutely love! ) she informed us of the property in the morning and kindly showed us around later that day and couldn't have been more helpful in the whole process. Anisa responded to emails promptly, called us back quickly and answered all of our many questions. Anisa made the whole process really easy and quick which we are great full for, thank you Anisa :)

What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. An offer on the property was accepted within about six weeks of it going onto the market. The accepted offer was almost 4% below the guide price, but this was likely influenced by the recent sale of another near-identical property within the same block.

29th Oct 2015 (10 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)
