Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

From the very beginning, Jack was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive, making what can often be a stressful renting process feel straightforward and easy to navigate.<br><br>He took the time to thoroughly show us around the property, explain every aspect of the rental process, and provide valuable insight into the current market. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to answer questions made everything much clearer and gave us confidence in our decisions.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was throughout. Jack was always quick to respond, highly efficient, and made us feel supported every step of the way. His professionalism and honesty gave us a great deal of trust in both him and the agency he represents.<br><br>The agency as a whole has been excellent to deal with, providing a smooth, transparent, and professional service. Thanks to Jack and the team, the entire experience was positive from start to finish. I would highly recommend both Jack Wallis and the agency to anyone looking to rent a property. :)

5th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.

22nd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a really stressful experience with Mervyn Smith. We know the Ham area well and were shocked from the start due to their dishonesty re aeroplane noise, social housing and traffic congestion. They were very restrictive with property viewing times - telling us we had 10 minutes max, even after we had an offer accepted. They put huge pressure on us in terms of our offer, making us compete really hard and being very relentless - even near completion, they were trying to get us to up our offer by telling us there was someone younger, more ready to move and offering 10k more trying to get the property - something which we found out was 100% fictional. While estate agents have a bad reputation in general, we found Joe took this to an extreme. The entire process was unpleasant and caused enormous, unnecessary anxiety. It turned a simple sale- and what should have been the exciting process - of buying a home into a horrible, exhausting experience. We have dealt with estate agents in other parts of London and not run into any of these issues.

Any issues were managed quickly, fairly and with a rare level of kindness. Dealing with MS&P is like being in a world where estate agents are genuine caring people doing a great job, it’s been a pleasure.

31st May 2024 (2 years ago)I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress. Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.

Not only did they find the perfect family to buy our home of 27 years but they were there 24/7 to solve any problems that arose during this stressful process. Any call at any time was not a problem, they were there, not just on the phone but personal presence, which was amazing..again!. 18th May 2025 (1 year ago)Bartletts gave us an exceptional service. From day one they were doing all they could to find us a buyer and what impressed me the most was their communication. Every week they provided an update and Darren or Kristian accompanied prospective buyers on every occasion and took a detailed history of the property and surrounding area. Once a buyer was found, they helped us negotiate on the property we were buying out of the area! This is not an estate agent, this is a personal service that will get you moved to where you want go. Well done team, an awesome experience.
