Approximately lived in my rented property about 13 years. Any small issues have been immediately sorted, the house has always been in excellent condition, no damp issues. The letting agent staff are so friendly and helpful especially lorna and mandy which are the staff that have mainly had contact with me and my many confusing questions. 100% recommend this company as its rare to have good staff and good properties ????????????... A thank you just doesnt seem enough! We have recently sold our home with Property Shop Accrington and they are beyond amazing! We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth.
