27th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)Unprofessional, dishonest, complete luck of understanding of personal circumstances. Ryan was showing me the property and he was very nice and professional, however foe a week I was told that I would get the answer to my offer today. In stead of saying that they have lined up someone for a property Niamh has lied about not being able to get in touch with a landlady for over 10 days and suddenly when new people made an offer she was asking what my offer was and managed to get hold of the landlady (apparently she was trying every day, but how could she if apparently she didn't know what my offer was?!). I was lucky enough to find actually a better property with an estate agency who is in completely different league (premier) and Proctor (in Chatterton Village) doesn't belong to any.
18th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Heritage Estates if selling your home. Criena is a delight to deal with, very understanding and highly professional. Kept us up to date at all times. We didn’t need to chase them at all and as it was a stressful time for us, they certainly took the pressure off us. Big thanks.

More recently, Mark helped secure a mortgage adviser to help my partner and I buy a home in North Yorkshire. Mark is always open to sharing his industry expertise and has guided me through processes such as leasehold extension and has always kept me updated with the London rental and sales markets. I have come to view Mark as an excellent wealth manager whose services and knowledge I greatly appreciate. Thanks a million!

As soon as our property had been valued and the details made available the first viewing was taking place the very next day. All the people we had contact with were always helpful and very friendly helping us through a few difficult moments and we would not hesitate in recommend them.

28th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)I asked Le Grys to sell my house and was delighted with the service from start to finish. Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell à property.

23rd May 2024 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.

After I moved out, the agency made false and exaggerated damage claims — including issues like black mould that I had reported earlier and the landlord refused to fix. Despite multiple reminders, they have still not provided the final inspection report, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have full proof of all conversations and the property’s condition. Their handling of the deposit and communication has been extremely poor. I do not recommend this agency.

30th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)There fees are fixed so ive been quoted making them the most expensive out of any estate agent contacted coming in at 5% cannot justify a flat fee of this amount

He took the time to understand our requirements, answered all our questions thoughtfully, and made us feel comfortable without any pressure. His professionalism and genuinely helpful attitude made the whole experience very pleasant.

As someone new to the country, I had many questions, and they were incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist. The agent we worked with was very knowledgeable and made the entire moving process smooth and hassle-free. Our landlord was also thoughtful enough to leave us items to help us settle in, which was such a warm welcome. I am very thankful for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
