We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. Thank you again for helping us find our place
29th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)Overvalued the property against market knowledge . Zero viewings in 12 weeks. We removed property from their hands as soon as we could. Feel very much let down and unsupported. Proctors Beckenham complacent. Not hungry enough.

2nd Aug 2024 (1 year ago)In the last 5 years I’ve been renting and have dealt with a few different agencies. George Webb Finn is hands down the best agency. Phillip has been amazing through out and helped resolve any issues we had in a timely manner. We found Phillip to not only look out for the landlord and the property but for us as well which was really refreshing. We are so sorry to not be renting through them at this time but in the future they would be the first company we phone for future rentals or even when we decide to buy.
