We didn’t need to chase them at all and as it was a stressful time for us, they certainly took the pressure off us. Big thanks.

26th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)Have been with Property Link for 3 years now, renting. They are amazing. Always there and help you, as tenants as much as possible. Would highly recommend using as Landlords!!
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. From the very beginning, Trupti and the team have been incredibly supportive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Any time an issue came up—whether it was maintenance, documentation, or general queries—they responded quickly and always made sure things were resolved smoothly. One of the things I appreciated most was their flexibility. They consistently worked around my schedule, which made everything—from inspections to repairs—so much more convenient. Communication was always easy and professional—Trupti especially was a joy to deal with, always approachable, proactive, and genuinely kind, making the entire experience feel personal and stress-free. He also went above and beyond his duties as an agent, giving advice and help with preparing the property for sale. I would recommend him unreservedly to anyone looking for an agent.

Debbie and Ewen were so enthusiastic, knowledgable and personable. The photos, drone footage and marketing were outstanding.
