7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Brown and Brooke enough. From the initial recommendations to being tenants with them for almost 3 years the experience has been exceptional. Cameron was our contact and he was efficient, professional and always responsive. As a landlord myself in another country, I genuinely wish we had him managing our property there, as good realtors are hard to find. When I visit for business they will be my first port of call even for temporary accommodation, as they have my trust. Thank you Cameron and Brown and Brooke.
22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)I have worked with Irwin & Scott over the past 18 months, during which time they rented, managed and ultimately sold my property, which has recently completed. The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
18th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".

16th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Saddlers are what all estate agents should be. Very organised and professional yet with the personal touch. Most of all they go the extra mile. They put in the hours and we always felt that they really wanted to help us achieve the best price for our home. Highly recommend.

28th Mar 2025 (11 mo. ago)We have recently moved into our rented home and I have to say Caroline and Alex have been wonderful. Caroline has been so efficient with changing documents/ replying to our emails and I can’t recommend her enough! Absolutely wonderful service at Vale and Marsh.
23rd May 2024 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.

And as a buyer, your questions are answered straight away and you're never made to feel inconvenient. Thank you all so much.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

I can't thank Ben and Barbara enough for the chats and laughter along the way, I mainly dealt with Ben who has an been pleasant and professional all the way. A few teething issues at first, but they were dealt with quickly. Even though this is not my first move, it was the first time on my own...I will most definitely use Peter Oliver if I move again.. A big thank you to the uckfield branch of Peter Oliver.

18th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

After I moved out, the agency made false and exaggerated damage claims — including issues like black mould that I had reported earlier and the landlord refused to fix. Despite multiple reminders, they have still not provided the final inspection report, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have full proof of all conversations and the property’s condition. Their handling of the deposit and communication has been extremely poor. I do not recommend this agency.
2nd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Patrick Henry assisted as from viewing, tenancy contract signing, payment and even after we moved in. He is very patient with us and tried his very best to accomodate our needs.
27th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Never sold the house, communication poor. Not sure why you think the house was sold through them, we left it the 8 weeks as promised and will be going elsewhere in Jan.
