R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
