While I understand agents are busy, a simple text or email to acknowledge my interest would have been appreciated. They went above and beyond, doing extra research when a last minute query came up regarding a tree preservation order, and finding a resolution both parties' solicitors failed to find which enabled us to sell. We were extremely happy with the service we received throughout the entire process. Friendly and helpful people, who couldn't have done more to help. Special thanks to Paul and Noah for all of their support.- 28th Apr 2026 (5 mo. ago)enquired on a shared ownership property, their advert states its available to purchase with a 5% deposit. And still does currently, this isn't the case as you can never buy a 100% share of the property there are limited lenders who would provide a mortgage and they all require a 10% deposit along with the fees. I had mortgage appointments and was told that it was available with a 5% deposit, was given figures and applied for a mortgage in principal. I was then told that the only option was now a 10% deposit, once i said i couldn't do the 10% deposit contact seized to exist. I have called Kings Lynn branch and Hunstanton branch multiple times and only been able to leave a voicemail with no call back, wrote an email of complaint and was told that the mortgage advisor would be in contact 3 weeks ago. I am still yet to receive a call or an email, i wrote another email of complaint a week ago now and have still had no response. If nothing could be done which i understand, then i would expect at the very least an apology for wasting my time. or an explanation as to why they have continued to advertise the property as being available to buy with a 5% deposit when it is not. I have tried mortgage companies elsewhere and been told the same response about the property only being available to purchase with a 10% deposit as you can never fully own the property. don't waste your time and look at other estate agents, unless you like being ignored or lied to.

4th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.- 23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)We had fantastic viewings last week with Morven. She gave us a great overview of the villages we were looking at as well as the surrounding areas. Amy was very efficient at helping us whenever we called. We look forward to more viewings and a house purchase!

Lucy especially was brilliant at taking charge of our sale once Lauren had sold it for us. Christian at inception was clear and the whole team were excellent.
