They had enough time to update their website and rightmove though, strangely enough. Appalled with their professionalism.

Nothing was ever too much of an ask and she was always at the end of the phone when needed, even outside of working hours. 13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Unfortunately Halls did not live up to our expectations…over promising and under delivering proved apparent with inaccurate valuation, poor communication and we felt there was only interaction when we initiated it and although that proved helpful initially, it was short lived and the inactivity and lack of interaction continued… So very disappointed and we will now have to start the process again elsewhere…

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.

28th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Purple bricks did not even try to sell the above property for my now late father and once 10 months passes all they wanted was £1700 fee paying I informed them that my fathers estate was in the hands of solicitors gave them all the details they needed to recover the fee but they insisted I paid the fee and it wasn’t their duty to go to a solicitor for the fee even after I had informed them the house was not left to me in my fathers will the words they used were that was my problem not theirs I have never been treated so rudely and inconsiderably I would not recommend using them to anyone

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
