We felt that our sale was in very good hands and we were very happy with the service we received.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Connells to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Had a few viewings that just didn't show up and we weren't told, last minute bookings, last minutes cancellations. bit frustrating at times.
10th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)From our first meeting with Rob, I felt that using Home Estate Agents Bedford was the right decision for selling my mother's home. The welcoming statement on the company website sums up exactly the experience we received, a property is a home and an important part of peoples lives. Rob demonstrated real care with the family home through the viewing stage and supported us through a difficult time, he provided excellent advice and maintained a high level of contact throughout the selling process and a buyer was swiftly found.<br>Once a buyer had been established, Ash continued to manage the sale process. Ash provided excellent weekly updates and ensured through regular contact with other parties involved that the sale progressed as quickly as possible.<br>It was reassuring to know we could contact Home Estate Agents and speak with either Rob or Ash directly at anytime.<br>If you are looking to sell your home, we would fully recommend the dedication, care and personal service that both Rob and Ash provide.

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)They kept us updated throughout the sale of our property and very professional but also very friendly. They used a different way to sell the property that we had not experienced before and it worked extremely well ( open day for viewing) this enabled us to achieve the best price for the property. They also used a professional photographer inside and outside also using a drone which showed it off in the best possible way.

We was dealing with Jo most of the time and she was amazing. She listened to both of us on our WhatsApp group and worked hard for what we needed to get done.
8th Aug 2018 (8 years ago)Contacted them 3 times and on each occasion was promised a call back. After 3 attempts I have still not heard back from them, clearly this is a company that does not value customer service!!

They are absolutely fantastic. Excellent communication. I feel that Absolute take the worry out of renting out a property for landlords. They have helped so much. And I feel they go above and beyond to find the right tenants and match them with the right properties.<br><br>They are diligent, responsive, pro-active and have great attention to detail. And a solid knowledge of the latest laws. They use excellent skilled craftsmen and I would thoroughly recommend to any landlords wanting to find and keep good tenants and take the stress out of the process. So grateful for your hardwork. Thanks guys!

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.

Their expertise and knowledge of the local property market, and the sales details and photos that were done for my property showcased it perfectly. They arranged 8 viewings on the first weekend of going on the market and it was sold by the Monday! They were so supportive and kept in touch every step of the way. I would totally recommend them,thank you so much for making my house sale so straightforward.
