12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I completed end of November with the help of Mark, and the additional support of Ed as well, throughout the whole process. This was my first time purchase, on the back of a previous sale that did not go through in the end, so I was very sceptical in starting all over again but this led to my current place ???? The Hamptons was very responsive and help me a lot to deal with a number of items that came up throughout. Would definitely recommend!
25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)THIS AGENCY IS A WASTE OF TIME! JUST BECAUSE I AM CLAIMING HOUSING BENEFITS THEY WONT LET ME RENT THE PROPERTY. THAT IS ILLEGAL! THEY SHOULD BE PENALIZED AND SHOULDNT OPERATE! WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL PASS YOU TO ANOTHER AGENT TO ANOTHER UNTIL YOU WERE JUST HANGING THERE WAITING FOR SOMEONE THEN THEY WILL HANG UP! I WILL REPORT THIS AGENCY TO THE COUNCIL! WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL! I AM A SINGLE MOM, WORKING FOR MY KID, REASONS WHY I HAVE THE SUPPORT FROM THE GOV'T BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT ME AND MY KID!!!!!!

It genuinely felt like he cared about helping us find the right place, not just closing a deal. What really stood out was his responsiveness to our questions and the honesty and transparency he showed throughout the whole process. That level of trust made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring. 3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Aviod!!!!! Checkin all good, but the property management team is useless. We had a moulding dishwasher and takes weeks to get it fixed (by us contacting the provider). They will try anything to grab your deposit , we are disputing on DPS

She made everything much easier and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her support and organization really reduced the stress of moving. She is an absolutely amazing and professional person who helped us a lot during our tenancy. We had several issues with our landlord, and Dani handled everything with patience and professionalism. She supported us through the process, solved many of the problems we were facing, and even managed to help us get our deposit back, which we truly appreciate. If it wasn’t for her, we would have faced many more difficulties and honestly I don’t know what we would have done without her help. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out.
