10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)I wouldn't rent from Holly. I have encountered many estate agents in my life fortunately some still have their humanity and will take each case as it comes. Some are programmed robots who just repeat what they have been told. I am so glad I am a human being with my humanity still in tact. Can't say the same for Holly. So glad I won't be renting from Hamptons. So glad I got to choose a career path that actually contributes to the greater good of humanity.
9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Gabri**!!! I had already clearly set my budget and move-in date before the viewing, but he kept pushing me to move in earlier and repeatedly asked me to increase the offer. The way he negotiated was extremely rude and he tried to renegotiate several times. It honestly felt like some kind of auction bidding. I expected a professional and reputable brand agency, but this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. In the end, I even agreed to meet his demands, yet my offer was still rejected. I honestly don’t understand how something like this can happen. The way they handle business is like gangsters — completely lacking manners or professionalism. This is the worst agency experience I’ve had in London.

19th May 2022 (3 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Great value for money as the percentage fee was more than competitive. The ladies in the office were always friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. The sales progression was a smooth process and I was kept up to date every step of the way. A great experience all round, thank you.
