6th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)The sale of Whirlow House was the sale of my family home of 48 years after the death of my second parent. We’d moved in, from another house in Kirby Muxloe, when I was 7 years old. Although I had moved out many years previously, the processing and clearing out of the house was a hugely emotional- not to mention physical- ordeal. I really needed an estate agent who ‘got it’ and got what it meant to me. Alex Broadley, who I did not previously know but I had seen flyers/cards for, was one of several estate agents I considered for the selling of Whirlow. It had to be Alex- he presented well and additionally, being Kirby Muxloe born and bred himself, he had unbeatable interest in the history and selling of the houses in this village especially, and crucially, he ‘got’ me. And Whirlow. And he had an accurate eye for potential buyer interest. He was also very astute and considered in dealing with my many queries. Alex made a hideous situational sale manageable and bearable and I cannot overstate the importance of that to me.

I dealt with Tracey Nicholls who gave me some great advice and got me the house of my dreams. Tracey called me straight away with any news regarding offers etc and kept me in the loop, all the staff I dealt with had a friendly helpful nature. I highly recommend using them, Thanks Again Tracey, Thomas and Team x
31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.

15th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I used Emma Terry to sell my fathers house. I fairness to Emma she did a good job and got a good price for it in my opinion. I then went back to her with a view to sell my house which is much larger in Lowdham. I initially had a valuation on my property at the same time she valued my fathers. As she had done a good job on my first sale then I thought I would use her again. Unfortunately when I contacted her by e mail to ask her about the sale of my property and valuation and fees. I was contacted by email stating it was the same valuation as previously given a few months before and no negotiation on fees despite being a more expensive property than the first one she had sold. I t would have been more of a personal touch if she could have found time to have a personal call. The property was hugely undervalued and sold for £100K more than her valuation.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
