30th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.
31st Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . Joanna has been so incredibly helpful, supportive and professional throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the service, in a world where so many companies really fall short in this area, Jorys estates are one of the few who go the extra mile and will do anything to help their customers. They’ve made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and easy. I’d highly recommend working with them!
19th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)If I can give this agency a zero star, I would honestly today was the worst experience I’ve had with any Estate Agent in the UK. I drove all the way out from London to Mansfield, it took me 2 1/2 hours to be told that I can’t do my viewing because the landlord is subletting his property to another tenant who did not turn up. This probably has to be the worst experience I’ve had with any Estate Agent, the courtesy to even let me know that this could’ve been an issue would’ve been greatly appreciated. I drove over 245 miles to see this commercial unit which to be fair after looking at it from the outside is well overpriced. Good luck to the vendor selling, but most of all this Estate Agent really needs to work on customer communication and even a follow up to apologies. Would’ve been nice. I’ve had no phone call today.
