After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Originally the estate agents based in Talbot Green who visited my house were very helpful and communicative. As time they were far more distant after my house was sold and a valuation they insisted on after the sale said it was damp issues from next door. The buyer pulled out after the valuation which proved that the sale was not worth the paper it was written on. They said they would help me with solicitors documents I troubled to fill in and cancelled the appointment on the day. I had no option to sell my house to auction for far less as a result of the valuation. Meanwhile the landlord who was the owner of the house next door to me that was allegedly bringing damp into my house via the surveyor 's report had put the house on sale on line via Property Plus for 55 thousand more than my sale price ? Avoid at all costs.
22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

1st Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.- 7th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)I have changed agents. 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We used Mel for the sale of our property, after being let down from our first estate agent.<br>All I can say is I wished I had used Mel from the start. She was always more than happy to assist with any questions that I had & was extremely helpful for our first time buyers to help them with the process. We had a bit of a situation with solicitors, but Mel was onto them, chasing and efficiently got everything organised.<br>I would highly recommend Mel if you’re looking to sell your house!

They kept me informed every step of the way regarding viewings, offers and sale. Overall they were first class.
