17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Would highly recommend Slater Hogg , from the first contact with Peter for the valuation then marketing and sales team all dealt with professionally .Ann and Louise were in contact daily , the communication was excellent they kept me in the loop at all times so I knew how the sale was going with feedback on all the viewings. The service was outstanding . Thank you to all of the team for their input .
23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)A really good experience with Morton Napier From getting the flat ready to put on the market , getting the valuation correct , excellent images and information about the property on there website and Rightmove Getting 10 views in the first week of going on sale and selling above the valuation within 5 days. Would definitely recommend them

Every question was met with an unhelpful response. Got the feeling she didn't want us to move there or she was incompetent at her job. Won't be back any time soon!!

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Firstly and most Importantly if you read this review, stop and pick up the phone to Monarch.<br>I can guarantee you the next few things.<br><br>1. Your call/queries will be answered promptly.<br>2. Your chances of speaking to your own team handling your conveyancing are exceptionally high.<br>3. Your legal work will be done for you quickly, efficiently and personally.<br><br>All of the above I have found incredibly lacking and indeed at times non existent in my last few house sales and purchases. I've been very stressed, left unknowing, can't get a reply and treated like the conveyancer was the one doing me a favour not that I was a valuable customer. The only quick and efficient part of the process being the final invoice!<br>Well with Monarch and especially Annemarie who looked after me from the first moment I made contact, I have had an exceptional experience. Annemarie has worked tirelessly and late into the evening at times to make my sale and purchase happen as quickly as possible. I've been kept informed without even the need to ask. It has been a very personal experience where I have felt supported and confident throughout.<br>Please do yourself a favour and trust in Monarch to get your conveyancing done and save yourself from the normal grief that this process entails. They are a real breath of fresh air when you really need it.<br>You will be back here writing a great review in no time.
