Every question was met with an unhelpful response. Got the feeling she didn't want us to move there or she was incompetent at her job. Won't be back any time soon!!

Lynsey was a great help throughout the process which as a first-time-buyer could be quite daunting. I received regular updates and information at each stage of the process and Lynsey was very prompt in answering any queries I had and supporting me when needed. 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We sold our flat through Coulters in 2026 and had a fantastic experience with the company, and everyone we engaged with in the valuation and selling teams. Coulters helped us get ready for the sale, arranging photography and sales brochures, which came out really well thanks to lots of guidance from their side. After we got our sales particulars ready, it took us a while to make the decision that we were ready to put our flat on the market, but Coulters put no pressure on us over that period of time, and instead continued to advise us and discuss our sales strategy, including when might be the optimal time to put our property on the market, so we can be in a position to buy a new property with a minimal chain/not having to rent in between. Our main contact at Coulters was Francesca Hill who supported us from the first time of reaching out to Coulters, up to the point of unpacking boxes in our new home. Francesca's advice throughout the whole process was truly invaluable, especially in the highly competitive property market in Edinburgh, and we appreciated how professional, experienced and constructive Francesca was. Selling/buying a new home is stressful, but doing it with someone like Francesca on the other end of a phone/email really makes a huge difference.

As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.
