18th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)The team at Thomas Lardner made selling my dad's house after he passed away very easy with no problems whatsoever. It was a difficult time, but the professional and efficient staff at the Romiley office made the sale of the house so easy. From the moment I walked into the office, they were so helpful, they were always on hand for any questions and would reply to emails within minutes! If only all estate agents were like this. 10/10.

But Dean has gone out of his way to sort us a property in such a short space of time ready for when we have to move out of our current home. Couldn’t recommend him enough, much appreciated mate!

Dealt with Liz at Marple office what a star she went the extra mile in everything she did kept in touch as soon as she knew anything what she didn't know she would go that extra mile to find out, couldn't have asked for more. The communication and support I have received and continue to receive is very impressive so I do not feel I am alone as I go through this process.
