18th Dec 2018 (7 years ago)RedDoor have given a faultless service in the sale of this house. Unlike some estate agents they have kept me fully informed throughout and have liaised proactively with my solicitors so that I had virtually no 'chasing up' to do. Their knowledge of the sale and rental market in Medway is vast as they also manage rental properties. The team is always friendly and never too busy to return calls promptly or follow up some of my (sometimes) anxious questions. I have used other Medway estate agents and the service from RedDoor has been the best.
29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

18th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
