They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)A lovely small local company. Such a shame they never sold our last home. Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc
27th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????

3rd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)After multiple formal requests, this letting agency has failed to provide basic documentation including rental contracts, deposit protection details, and rental account statements. They have repeatedly ignored our requests for information, and, as new owners, we do not have a legal management contract in place with them. There has been a consistent lack of transparency around rent collection and tenant agreements. We would not recommend them as a letting agent and everyone should avoid them.

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)When we first met Joe at the property we were looking to purchase, nothing was ever too much trouble for him.<br><br>What Joe went on to do to help us throughout the whole process was truly out of this world.<br><br>We had an absolute nightmare with the purchase, particularly with the solicitors, and I can honestly say that without Joe’s help, support and persistence in chasing the vendor’s solicitor, the sale probably would not have happened.<br><br>Joe was always on hand to help and assist whenever we needed him. He was constantly there to answer questions, chase things up and keep us updated. They gave us honest, knowledgeable advice, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and always made sure we were involved in every decision. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always quick to respond and act whenever something needed doing.<br><br>Their professionalism really stood out, but they also made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Freeman and Gray helped me sell my house. My agent was Jason Brookman. Jason is a very seasoned estate agent. He is highly efficient, friendly and very helpful. He found me a buyer and throughout the conveyancing period updated me on a regular basis and whenever necessary. I found him very honest and trustworthy; always had time to speak with me and discuss certain difficult issues which came up with the sale. He was also instrumental in my negotiations with my buyer. I honestly think that without him this sale would not have happened. I also wish to add that through the process I got to know him as a friend.<br>Thanks Jason
