31st Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Kirsty who works in Prescot branch. She helped me so much, I was nervous, upset and worried of how I was going to get a new home. She explained every step of the journey, telling me not to worry all the time, she kept updating me daily on the progress and made me feel happy, regardless of how many times I text and rang her she was always willing and happy to help. I am not at the moment of moving in my new furniture, which I am so relieved and the process as been quick and now I can finally get some sleep. All the staff in the branch where very helpful at all times. Thank you all for all your help. Especially Kirsty who as helped me throughout in a lovely pleasant manner and smile. You our very lucky to have such a amazing employee. Thanks again Jane

They keep me informed, provide clear inspection reports, give me confidence that the property is being properly looked after, and help ensure I get value for money by working with effective yet competitive contractors.<br><br>Highly recommended.

19th May 2024 (2 years ago)We've currently sold the property waiting for it to go through but we knocked 15,000 off the property the garage that was attached to the property the staff thought it was next door and only when my brother was at the property when the couple were viewing he showed them the garage and also took them around the property I do feel tge garage helped with the sale and I did say this all along any way it sold at the reduced price

They handled everything with care and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. Communication was clear and timely, and the staff were friendly, punctual, and attentive to every detail. Their commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. I highly recommend CheapMoov to anyone looking for reliable and affordable moving services. I would definitely use their services again!

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot praise this Agent enough, they operate to the highest standards and are contactable at any time. The people working behind the scenes deserve special credit, that's Ruth and Calim. Flexi agent have now sold our property twice, the first time the buyer pulled out for unforeseen circumstances, Flexi agent then resold to another buyer within a week. Quite remarkable when you consider other estate agents both in and out of the local area had the property up for many months previously without success. I don't believe this was down to coincidence, I'd give 6 stars if I could but the system max is 5!
