I especially appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible results. 22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We used Select Homes to help us rent out our house and honestly couldn’t fault them. Really personal service from the start, with quick responses to any questions and genuinely helpful advice throughout the whole process. What stood out most was the attention to detail and how efficient everything was behind the scenes with all the admin and governance side of things. They made something that could have felt quite stressful feel really straightforward and well organised. Everyone we dealt with was approachable, supportive and easy to get hold of, and you definitely get the feeling they care about doing things properly rather than treating you like just another customer. Would definitely recommend

5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Currently in the search of my first home and so far have had a fantastic experience with the CW Crosby team. From timely updates, calls, impeccable communication and follow ups, I can tell this office is ran fantastically. I've had the chance to communicate with many estate agencies across Liverpool in the last month as I have a good idea of what I'm searching for and not so set on a particular postcode, and I can absolutely tell that the CW Sales team has been standout compared to competitors from the region. In particular last week I viewed a property with Angela in L22, and from the moment I walked in, there was so much attention to detail. The property was clean, lovely presented, the heating was on (little touch but it matters a lot as it helps the buyer envision living there). Angela provided excellent advice, some visionary suggestions, which were tasteful and considerate to highlight the potential of the property. She had answers to my questions and built a nice story around it, even when the property had its drawbacks - and that's the real strength of an agent. It's not just about opening a door, it's about making the buyer feel like you're working for them, not the seller, while simultaneously strengthening the seller's position. Angela and the office then followed up quickly with the information I requested. Regrettably, the property itself is not for me, though I truly wish it was, as the Crosby office would've been great to work with from initial impression (and I did love being in the property). I would certainly hope that something similar comes up and I do end up buying through the CW Crosby office. Compared to about 10 other agencies I've spoken with, they're standout by far.

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)Exceptional service from start to finish. The team at Bradshaw Farnham & Lea made the entire process feel personal, friendly and professional. A special mention must go to Laura and Kyle, who have been brilliant throughout and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their communication was outstanding, and they were always on hand to answer questions and provide updates. For every viewing, they were there early, opening up the property, adjusting blinds and ensuring everything was ready before we arrived. They were knowledgeable about the houses we viewed and, if they didn’t know the answer to a question immediately, they always followed up promptly by email or phone. From making our offer through to it being accepted, we felt fully informed and supported. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. Unlike some of the more transactional experiences we’ve had with other estate agents, Laura, Kyle and the wider team took the time to get to know us and made the whole process much less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Bradshaw Farnham & Lea again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. They called to book a valuation, then called again the before, Helela the manager demanded to know what changes had been made before she would bother herself to come out .. I merely asked why she was asking since she was coming anyway to see the house. Case of being too sensitive or bored. Now she won't get to see the house. Will find another estate agent. Did tell her (she's the manager) that I would be writing this review. Unprofessional is an understatement in this case. All she had to do was just confirm the visit - but oh no, she needed a long conversation - to which I said whats the point of coming for a visit then? I could have told you about the house in exchange for a viewing! ?????????????????? They sold me the house and the sale went badly...to start with, this was their second chance. I shall be using different agents as I find these either lacking knowledge, needing to gossip and totally be not professional - I had to pay twice for a survey as they did not get permission from the seller after the sale, to let the surveyor in! Think on that before using them! I am disappointed in myself for giving Helena a second chance. ??????
3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Lesley Hooks sold my mum’s house for me when she moved away from the Wirral. I live 250 miles away, so we were fully reliant on them to manage the process. Everything they did was clear, logical and prompt. The house was sold within a week and the sale completed without incident. My regular contact was Jake Hellon, who was great to deal with. Overall I was really impressed and would recommend Lesley Hooks without hesitation.- 1st Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Clive Watkin in Prenton were fantastic. 9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?
