2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Alastair and the team at Myddleton and Major have been wonderful. We rented a property for two years, and have been amazed by the responsiveness and support during our tennancy. When we needed repairs they were tended to swiftly, and when we had our 6 monthly inspections it felt more like a catch up with a good friend. Thankyou for everything. Highly recommend them for all aspects of property rental or sales. Top notch!
14th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)We dealt with Knight Frank between January and May 2026, purchasing a house through them in the Winchester area. During the process our agent was always calm, helpful and encouraging. From the initial viewing to completion they were quick to respond and follow up any questions we had, being available within an hour or two during a busy day. They were focused at all times on finding a way to get us over that exchange of contracts line, liaising with the relevant parties (vendors, solicitors, the management company), anticipating and dealing with issues that might hold things up.

22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)My wife had a lengthy conversation with one of your agents on 19 June 2026 regarding a property we had seen on your website, which was available on a shared ownership basis. Following that discussion, we arranged an appointment for 22 June 2026 at 2:00 pm for a viewing and to discuss the relevant formalities.<br><br>We expressed our interest because we know that we meet the eligibility criteria. Before booking the appointment, I had also mentioned that although the listing stated a 10% deposit, I would be comfortable providing 20–30% if required.<br><br>However, approximately two hours before our scheduled appointment, I received a call from one of your agents informing me that another buyer had made an offer on the property. I was then told that the viewing would only proceed once my eligibility had been assessed. This gave the impression that, while no buyer had been found, we were welcome to view the property, but now that another interested party had come forward, our appointment was no longer being treated as a priority.<br><br>I had specifically cancelled my work shift to attend this appointment, as this was the only available time offered to us. What I find disappointing is that another buyer appears to have been given priority before our eligibility had even been assessed, despite the fact that we had already registered our interest and arranged a viewing.<br><br>I fully appreciate that properties attract multiple buyers, and I have no issue with someone else purchasing the property. However, once another buyer had made an offer, it would have been courteous and professional to inform us immediately, rather than waiting until just two hours before our appointment.<br><br>I was also disappointed by the manner in which your agent handled the call today. The tone and attitude during the conversation gave the impression that they were not genuinely interested in meeting with us or assisting us further. Rather than feeling that our enquiry was valued, it felt as though our appointment had become an inconvenience. Such an approach, combined with the short notice and lack of communication, came across as highly unprofessional.<br><br>,In my experience, other estate agencies have been far more organised, responsive and professional. I would strongly encourage improvements to your customer service and communication processes so that prospective buyers are treated fairly and their time and commitment are respected.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

18th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns. Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order. I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out. I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference. Scott. Salisbury.
