23rd May 2024 (1 year ago)Bit strange, as my sister applied for a rental property and I was to be the guarantor they denied my application even though my payslips were valid? Stating I earn half the salary I put down? They advised me that home let denied my application but they were Lieing as home let has written it in email stating the above. MILLIE I think her name is the, she has been dealing with me on two occasions and for some reason both applications have been denied and then compulsively Lieing to me and my family. To be honest she’s bad reputation to the company. She doesn’t even know left from right let alone a guarantor. Would not recommend this company at all I don’t know if it’s racial profiling but to be honest it feels like that. Would advise people to stay away!
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Having used another estate agent unsuccessfully, Robin Jessop rescued us. They are friendly, professional and most of all honest. They always answer the phone and they do what they say they will. Practical advice is always on hand and they are very approachable. Mitchell and Sam have been amazing and attentive. I wish we’d used them to sell our house in the first place. I would highly recommend using Robin Jessop.

After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

14th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)A few little hiccups with turn over of staff. The staff was helpful and their preferred method of communication seemed to be email as the phone was red hot. Overall they did the job and I completed. No complaints from me.

I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it. Adam was brilliant, highly professional, proactive, and extremely competent throughout. He has a clear understanding of more complex strategies that many agents either don’t understand or avoid, such as Rent-to-Rent, Company Let Agreements, and HMOs ect More importantly, Adam went well beyond standard working and office hours, negotiating back and forth late into the night between multiple parties to ensure the deal got over the line. We work with a lot of people in property, and it’s individuals like Adam who actually make things happen.
