25th Jun 2018 (7 years ago)Dreadful agent, disorganized, didn't communicate with us, slow at responding or managing our expectations. Bit of a backstreet do it yourself type of place, only interested in the commission at the end, didn't check with us before making decisions, bunch of young girls in there who know very little about the industry. Stay clear, use a different more professional experienced agent is my advice.
6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!
10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

25th Feb 2019 (7 years ago)We recently rented a property through Marcus Telford. Jas was great at setting up the viewing, and Aran has been great at getting everything sorted, offering to help where necessary, he even responded on the weekend when we transferred funds, resulting in peace of mind and not having to wait until the Monday to ensure it had arrived safely. He has been quick to respond (within a couple of hours, sometimes minutes) to questions, and never made us feel like any question was one too many. He made amendments to agreements in a very timely manner to ensure all was processed smooth and quickly and went above and beyond where possible.

1st Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Alice Luxmoore-Styles made what was a difficult and protracted sale process bearable. She was thoughtful and professional throughout, and her communication was excellent. We’re most grateful to both Alice and to her colleague Tim Wenning in the Chichester office.
13th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I was impressed with Lianne's honesty initially and she managed to find a cash buyer for our property quickly. At the time we instructed her/Woodhead And Co, she promised a £500 refund off her fee if I left a video review of her company. I agreed to this. The sale of our property completed and for that I am grateful to Lianne. It was not an easy property to sell. After completion and several requests to make said video review, at first this seemed like it would be accommodated but then the company went cold and didn't honour an arranged meeting to make the video and then ignored my subsequent enquiries as to what had happened. Therefore I can not leave the positive review I had intended to leave before this final treatment of a discarded client.

16th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.
17th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)After having our sale fall through, AG gave our property a new lease of life with her professional advertising and marketing style whilst also being very knowledgeable of the local market and area. AG was also invaluable in getting the chain aligned, when it was in a difficult position. Overall would fully recommend AG too anyone looking for an experienced and professional estate agent in the Stroud area.

11th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)We instructed Perfect Pillars in April 2025. Sharon did an excellent job arranging viewers as she was very easy to deal with. In July ( approx) we secured a buyer. Jenny was very skilled in how she managed the long journey to conveyancing completion, despite issues with the buyers lender, Jenny demonstrated excellent customer service, keeping all parties informed until completion in late November 2025. I would recommend this estate agent as their approach I feel is more effective than other estate agents overall.
