26th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Since the last two months I have been marketing with Carringtons only three viewers view the place and nothing happened as the results and I have reduced the price twice still nothing happened . I am going to change them or add another estate agent to get involved .

12th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Poor communication, unprofessional approach. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this agent. It takes ages for them to get back to you, you have to chase them daily as if it’s not in their interest to let the properties they have. Avoid.

23rd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)George Lewis and Gareth Davies have been going far and beyond as estate agents. They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. Thank you very much!

1st May 2024 (1 year ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The buyers that we had lined up for us were all interested in buying the property, but typical of today, not many had there houses on the market, but not a load of time wasters that I had with other agents in the past. Would highly recommend them,

She worked hard to show how it could look in a professional advisory stance. I was grateful to be listened to and helped along the way after residing here for over 30 years. I felt in safe hands with far superior help than the ‘pushy’ service I had from certain chain agents. As a single person of certain years, Charlotte Day Property looked after me. From the excellent photography and superb brochure - (and I can say I didn’t recognise my house as it was so good) Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and outstanding!
