A big special shout out to millie not once did she turn up fed up thinking here we go again. she turned up at every property with a smile and we eventually found the right place for us finally. Awful. No communication at all from Gemma/Natalie. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times.
