Joshua Smaje was especially helpful throughout, friendly, responsive and always happy to answer questions or help with anything we were unsure about.<br>Moving house is never completely stress-free, but Joshua made the whole process feel much easier and more straightforward. We are very happy with Maes Offa and genuinely appreciate the support we received along the way.<br>A big thank you to Joshua and the team, highly recommended.

They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving. As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them. 30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Newsome Homes were one of three estate agencies I asked for valuations and selling details. Their valuation was significantly higher than the other two (by £50k); I took the plunge and went for their high valuation. Result: 8 viewings and 3 offers at the asking price within 24 hours! So a very successful experience with them! A couple of minor niggles: after the initial sale agreement they didn't keep me well informed of progress and in spite of repeated requests, they did not remove the for sale board as I had asked.
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)This review is long overdue, but it absolutely needs to be said: Berry & George are not your average estate agents, and Rich is quite simply the best sales agent you could hope to meet. We spent years trying to buy our first home, facing all the usual challenges: finances, finding the right size property, and securing the perfect location. We always believed that when we found the right house, we would just know. Many agents didn't understand that, but Rich did. From the day we met Rich and viewed our first property with Berry & George, we knew we had found the one. Rich understood exactly what we were looking for and supported us every step of the way. From day one through to well after we moved in, Rich was exceptional. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The whole team worked incredibly hard on our behalf, and we are still happily settled in the home we love today. After our previous purchase fell through at exchange, leaving us almost homeless and with just two weeks to find temporary accommodation, finally finding our home is a blessing. What may seem like everyday tasks or simply part of the job can make a life-changing difference to your clients.
