10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

7th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I have been very impressed from start to finish how professionally the team have worked and supported me smoothly through the recent sale of my property. They kept me informed every step of the way and also communicated regularly with the buyer and my solicitor to keep the process moving. As an owner living overseas, they were patient and understanding of time delays in my communication to them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would like to thank them for their service in getting my property sold quickly and efficiently.

Both were responsive and supportive with all our queries, whilst also providing sound advice when we needed it. Honestly, we cannot recommend Pinewood Estate Agents enough. Thanks guys!!

The team was professional, responsive, and helpful in keeping communication flowing throughout the process. They did a good job progressing matters and arranging the practical aspects of the purchase efficiently. They were particularly helpful at the 11th hour when a number of issues arose and they liaised with the vendor and solved the issues quickly. While it was naturally clear they were acting on behalf of the sellers, we appreciated their support and assistance in helping the transaction reach completion smoothly.
