The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Our experience with Entwistle Green started off rocky with lack of contact and being unable to contact the branch…. If we couldn’t get in contact, how were buyers going to?.<br>After we raised our concerns with the Branch Manager Sarah, Mia took over. This was a long process over nearly 9 months (due to chain) but throughout, Mia was our constant. Always calling providing updates, however big or small and everything I asked of her she did straight away and I do believe if it hadn’t been for Mia and all her hardwork, our sale and purchase would have fell through. She went above and beyond in every capacity possible with every part of the chain, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks Mia, you are an absolute star and we would be lost without you. There was great flexibility and accommodation, Lydia and the team where brilliant at communicating with when viewings where and showing us around making the whole experience great.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Sold our house through northwood and it wasnt great. Viewings arranged and no confirmation to us. Cancelations of viewing without notice. Buyer even turned up with our estate agent while i was in bed following a nightshift as we had no notification of this. Staff can come across as very rude. Would not recommend at all.

We initially found our property through Rightmove and enquiried, the sales team were fantastic at getting in touch and setting up the first viewing. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough. Throughout our sale they have given us clear communication and made sure we were getting the updates we required. When we sell in the future we won’t hesitate to get in touch with the Alistair Saville team to list with in the future. Thank you all!

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Local, efficient and professional. Many thanks to the team at Northwall especially Freya, who in my opinion has the most stressful job through out the process. She is the point of contact once you have accepted an offer and has to ensure the continuity of contact to keep the sale going until the end. I cannot recommend this company enough. If anyone out there is unsure and weighing up the option between this company and other local companies then please take my advice and choose Northwall. I originally went with a different local agent and after 6 weeks of only one viewing and a bad offer I switched to Northwall and the house was under offer with a week. Great work everyone and many thanks.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
