Very poor experience with this agency. There was little transparency from the start, with the tenancy agreement repeatedly delayed until, just two weeks before our planned move-in date, we were told the property was no longer available because the landlord had changed their mind. This left us in an extremely difficult situation with very little time to find alternative accommodation. Even the holding deposit refund took a week and required multiple emails (with no reply) and phone calls. Very disappointing experience overall.... Read more

Having recently sold my property through Sanders & Sanders in Alcester, I wanted to say a genuine thank you to Warren, Steph, Amelia and the rest of the team. What should have been a relatively straightforward sale turned into quite a lengthy and complicated process, with various legal and leasehold issues to navigate. Throughout it all, the team remained approachable, helpful and committed to getting things over the line. What I particularly appreciated was the personal approach. Warren is refreshingly down-to-earth, straightforward to deal with and always happy to exchange a bit of humour, even when things were getting frustrating. The whole team were patient, responsive and helpful in navigating the inevitable complications along the way. It's nice dealing with an independent local business where you feel you're speaking to actual people rather than just being another transaction. We got there in the end!
