Today, we complete on our house sale in Rubery after 9 painful months on the market with another agent, Oulsnam were a breath of fresh air. The service offered was impeccable, honest and they delivered. Within 5 days of being on the market with Oulsnam, I had 4 booked viewings, all conducted over a weekend with Jeff. Jeff was fantastic with the viewings and taking people around with knowledge and consideration. He kept me informed about how they each went, something that I completely lacked from my other agent. By the end of the weekend, after 4 viewings, I had 3 offers on the table! Absolutely amazing!! Vicky and the team achieved exactly what they set out to.<br>During the sale, Elisha and Debbie have been attentive and always on hand to take it through to a smooth completion. A wonderful team at Redditch, sincerely thank you! Without hesitation, I'd highly recommend.

This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages.
