17th Jan 2019 (7 years ago)David Brown's review is incorrect. The sales particulars that David saw on our web site clearly stated that the sporting rights were not included in the sale. If he did not red the particulars then I am afraid that we cannot be held responsible.

Best agents I have ever dealt with - communication was second to none, checking in all the time, updating, calling in when I was sick to check on me ! way above and beyond. Totally professional, ensured all 3 knew my property inside out - just fantastic, open, honest, transparent - absolute pleasure to have dealt with them and if ever I sell again, they will be who I chose hands down.

17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
3rd May 2022 (3 years ago)After 38 years in our house we were not aware how hands on estate agents were. Pygott & Crone we’re very professional but friendly and helpful from the start. The man assigned to us was always there to answer questions or visit if needed.

15th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)I used Emma Terry to sell my fathers house. I fairness to Emma she did a good job and got a good price for it in my opinion. I then went back to her with a view to sell my house which is much larger in Lowdham. I initially had a valuation on my property at the same time she valued my fathers. As she had done a good job on my first sale then I thought I would use her again. Unfortunately when I contacted her by e mail to ask her about the sale of my property and valuation and fees. I was contacted by email stating it was the same valuation as previously given a few months before and no negotiation on fees despite being a more expensive property than the first one she had sold. I t would have been more of a personal touch if she could have found time to have a personal call. The property was hugely undervalued and sold for £100K more than her valuation.

3rd Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Positivity shines through from all the staff at Buckley Brown. The customer comes first and they provide knowledgeable information. Someone is always at the end of the phone to offer guidance or reassurance. The staff who came to the house to value/take photos/show people around treated my property with respect. Having lived here happily for many years, they helped me find the right people to love it when I have moved to my new adventure.
