22nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

After trying to sell our house with other estate agents, Richard Williams managed to find us a buyer and was fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>Richard really went the extra mile for us. He guided us through the whole process, kept us updated, helped move things along when needed and genuinely felt like he was holding our hands all the way through to completion.<br><br>He was always easy to get hold of, both in the office and on his mobile, and if I ever missed him he would call me back very quickly. Fast-Forward three months and to everyone's horror, the house was built in 1909 using a method that no mortgage-lender would sell on. That would have been the cue for most estate agents to drop the client. Pottrill Holland stuck with us - suggesting transitioning to an auction, and staying with us through the entire process. Absolute integrity and commitment, we owe them everything.
