He has made what can normally be quite a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. Tia keeps you in the loop so you know exactly what's going on and let's you know if any suitable properties come up that would fit your search. Highly recommended all round.

He was very easy to talk to and he must be an asset to your company. Our dealings with all your staff has been first class. During the final stages of the sale, Lizzie Barnard, again was excellent at keeping us updated with proceedings, right through to the completion. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul Hubbard estate agent.

20th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We couldn’t recommend Stobart & Hurrell highly enough after they handled the sale of our home.<br><br>Having lived there for over 11 years, selling the house and moving on was a huge step for us as a family, and from the very beginning the team were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. From our first contact & meeting with Fin, who is a credit to the team, never have I met such an enthusiastic and personable representative of an estate agency.<br><br>I also want to thank Oli & Zak, always there, whenever needed.<br><br>We never felt like just another house on the market, they genuinely cared about the sale and about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>After 11 very happy years in our home, it was quite emotional handing over the keys and closing that chapter, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us do it.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Stobart & Hurrell. As a bit of a newbie to buying a house Kayleigh went above and beyond by advising me and recommending removals along the way etc. She was superb at keeping me updated. Kayleigh is very friendly, approachable and professional. She made the whole process easy to navigate, my thanks go out to her for all her hard work.

During the viewings we attended Ralph was always very approachable and knowledgeable and truly cared about learning what features we were searching for. Always kept us in mind and even contacted us when suspected suitable properties became available. Really appreciated their kind and friendly approach and would definitely recommend anyone to get in contact!
17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)They valued my house a lot less than others and I asked them to put it up for my price I had in mind .. glad I did as got near the asking price and sold in two weeks . Photos were really good but felt they missed important information off but maybe that’s my fault for not looking at advert properly before they advertised .. I do think the charges are so high for selling
