He has been professional, friendly, helpful and very responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. He has made what can normally be quite a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

25th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)I came across Your Move Estate Agents through a family friends of mine .<br>From the ver beginning , even while still on the phone , I got the impression that I am dealing with a professional staff , who knew what they were doing . While speaking with the Chief Executive Olli Humphreys, I was impressed with his speed of with which he resolved any issues at hand . He was cooperative for him there were no important or not important issues , all mattered equally . He dealt with them with extreme efficiency .<br>He and his team made the tedious process of purchasing a new home very easy and dealt with it as if it was his own issues .<br>I cannot recommend him and his team any more .<br>Thank you to the staff at Your Move Beccles .
