Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

It was a roller coaster of ups & downs, losing 2 buyers, before finally selling. Throughout this time Dominic, Will, Sue & Viola were there for us, keeping us positive and moving forward. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. From our first contact & meeting with Fin, who is a credit to the team, never have I met such an enthusiastic and personable representative of an estate agency.<br><br>I also want to thank Oli & Zak, always there, whenever needed.<br><br>We never felt like just another house on the market, they genuinely cared about the sale and about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>After 11 very happy years in our home, it was quite emotional handing over the keys and closing that chapter, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us do it.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Stobart & Hurrell. During the viewings we attended Ralph was always very approachable and knowledgeable and truly cared about learning what features we were searching for. Always kept us in mind and even contacted us when suspected suitable properties became available. Really appreciated their kind and friendly approach and would definitely recommend anyone to get in contact!

She went above and beyond, and even though the property wasn’t quite what I was looking for, she took the time to call me back when she found another property that might be more suitable.<br><br>Jennifer and her team kept me informed and maintained excellent communication throughout, providing a genuinely high-quality service. Although I ultimately found a property elsewhere, I’m very grateful for Jennifer’s kindness, effort and professionalism. She is a real credit to the team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

The marketing was brilliant and went the extra mile and what turned into a tricky sale towards the end meant I really saw the effort they went to to get it over the line. Calls out of hours, viewings on weekends and evenings and all in all a second to none service
