Henley Charles Estate Agents - Handsworth
306 Rookery Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, B21 9QG
(187 reviews)
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Overall I was satisfied with the service as Henley Charles sold my property relatively quickly. I was less impressed with the initial valuation which I felt was inflated. The property eventually sold for £30k less than the valuation they provided. Communication on the whole was good when I could get through to them but there were times when the phone just rang out. I feel a dedicated receptionist would be helpful to alleviate these issues. The team members were all personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend Henley Charles to others as their fees are reasonable and the after sales process was very good indeed.

Henley Charles Estate Agents - Erdington, Birmingham
1 Reservoir Road, Erdington, Birmingham, B23 6DA(148 reviews)
11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Worst estate agents ever, I tried to rent a house and filled tons of documents. Though they did'nt even call me back for the results and when I call them to learn about it they were pretty rude. Far from being professional dont bother going there.- 25th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Very good experience with the Kingstanding office particularly James who let me updated throughout the process.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Very professional and supportive service from start to finish. Could not fault the attention our property was given by the team to ensure the best sale was obtained and completed in a timely manner. Fantastic service and Isobel was great!
29th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Vanessa was great and really helpful. Found Emma and the way Springers conduct their selves with tennants to be very unprofessional. Only interested in getting your money nothing else
17th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)They were really efficient in everything. They did the photographs that they had taken first class. We managed to sell our property within a week of having it put live.
14th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)The family were going through a difficult time after the bereavement of a parent, then the added stress of dealing with the sale of a probate property. Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.
16th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We had been stuck for a long time trying to find the right commercial property for our business and were starting to feel frustrated with the process. From the very first conversation, Angel Estate agent was different. They took the time to genuinely listen to our needs, fully understood our business requirements, and were very clear about what was realistic within our budget. Rather than pushing unsuitable options, they gave us honest guidance, clear direction on locations, and practical advice that actually made sense for our business growth. What really stood out was their commitment and persistence. They stayed with us throughout the process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked hard to find a property that truly matched what we were looking for tomorrow not just something to close a deal. In the end, they successfully secured the perfect commercial property for our business, within budget and in the right location. The whole experience felt professional, supportive, and stress-reducing during what can otherwise be a very challenging process. If you are looking for an estate agent who is knowledgeable, patient, budget-conscious, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right property, I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Green & Company - Great Barr
937 Walsall Road, Great Barr, Birmingham, West Midlands, B42 1TN(142 reviews)
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Although I did go with a second estate agent this was nothing to do with Green and Co themselves - they were lovely, it was just to increase potential buyers.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)We had a very positive experience with Connells Great Barr. Cally was superb and extremely professional, going out of her way to ensure we had a smooth experience letting our property. She was prompt, answered all our questions professionally, and made sure everything was covered every step of the way. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cally and the team at Connells Great Barr to anyone looking to let their property.

22nd May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service. Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.

22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough. BIG THANK YOU to Angela, Chris and Rob from Great Barr office ?????? From the very beginning, their service was outstanding. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with prompt responses to every query and regular updates at each stage of the sale. What impressed me most was their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to keeping everything moving smoothly. From accepting the offer to exchange and completion, the whole process took just 8 weeks, which exceeded my expectations. The team was always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help, making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed.
