We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. 16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Riley from Kings Group Enfield was the best estate agent we’ve met during our 8 month journey of trying to purchase our first home.<br><br>We’d gotten close to purchasing a couple of times over that period so met many agents along the way. And I can’t stress this enough, Riley and Kings Group Enfield were leagues above the rest.<br><br>It can be really exhausting when you are on your 40th viewing and have to put up with patronising sales energy and often vague answers to your queries but from our first viewing through to completion Riley was patient, incredibly informative about the property/area and went the extra mile at every opportunity.<br><br>Thanks for everything! Their criteria for selecting tenants is high class and reliable.<br>The branch manager at Beaufort Park, Rahim Velji, with whom I mostly deal with, is a professional gentleman with a very courteous and helpful attitude and is always available and ready to help and resolve matters satisfactorily.<br>Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided by all the staff of B&R.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I purchased a flat where Marsh & Parsons were the selling estate agents - Rishi Singh was absolutely fantastic. He worked extremely hard for both sides, and even though I was the purchaser, pushed for fair negotiation on the asking price and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Rishi is honest, responsive and very good at his job, I would thoroughly recommend him if you need an estate agent.
2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I met Paul from Portlands and found him to be very genuine and helpful. He showed us 5 flats on one of the hottest days of the year and even though I didn't put in an offer on any he never waivered in trying to help me find the best place for me and my son. He was honest and helpful and gave me some very good advice about extending leases. I really would recommend Portlands and Paul in particular to anyone as I met alot of estate agents before him who were very pushy.

Both Rose and Faz, the 2 Managing Directors, are personable, hands-on and very helpful throughout.<br><br>Hemmingfords was also my estate agents for the sales of my flat. I had many offers fall through in previous sales negotiations with other estate agents. Sam Ghadakchi, their Sales Director, was able to get an offer on the table very quickly, helped me choose a good solicitor and facilitated the entire process very smoothly.<br><br>I would highly recommend the Hemmingfords team. Great people and better real estate agents.
