The agency was always responsive, professional, and quick to deal with any issues in the flat. Communication was excellent, and everything was handled efficiently and on time. We highly recommend Richard and his company to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency. You won’t be disappointed!

From our first viewing with Cavan, through the negotiations, and all the way to completing the purchase of a home we’ve fallen in love with, they were exceptional every step of the way.<br><br>Buying a property can be a rollercoaster, but their clear communication, professionalism, patience, and supportive approach made the process much easier to navigate. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matthew James to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
14th Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)Security is not a thing for them. A stranger entered the building in the middle of the night and activated the fire alarm of my flat by smoking in front of my door. I didn't understand what was happening, I just tried to set the alarm off. Fortunately, I didn't open the door. Anything could have happened if I had done it. The agency never messaged me to ask if I was alright. Long time after the incident, they finally decided to replace the front door lock. But the job wasn't finished on a Friday evening and the door was completely unlocked during the whole weekend. Apart from that, they evicted me saying that the flat would be renovated, which was a lie. But that's a detail. If you want to live in a place where you feel safe, and also feel you can trust your agency, avoid this one.
10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.
26th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)I have known Katrina Fernandez for more than ten years now, and seen her grow, from young beginner, to – still young – expert property manager. She is not only willing to help, but really helpful, owing to her inexaustible resourcefulness. Managing a number of properties obviously requires technical skill and competence in more than one field. But in order to successfully do this job from the uncomfortable position of moderator between landlord and tenant, one must develop a capacity to mediate between seemingly opposed interests. And in this rarer ability Katrina really excels. She never lets you down. I will never forget the calm assurance with which she led me out of a serious hydraulic problem last summer, when my tenant was on the verge of tears, day in day out, and I really feared she would sue me for no fault of mine. I asked Katrina’s help, and her capacity to go to the heart of the matter and act accordingly saved me. Thank you, Katrina.

His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price. My only reservation - their recommended EPC provider was unsatisfactory.

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)It was my first time renting in London, and my flatmate and I ended up staying in the property managed my Network Agencies for 3 years!<br>Andy was helpful right from the start in setting up a viewing, throughout the tenancy, as well as at the end during our departure. Very professional overall, and very quick responses to emails :)<br>The property itself did have some issues, both when we first moved in and also gradually over the tenancy. The maintenance team, especially Alex and Dino, were usually very fast in getting someone out to help us. Only for some matters of a larger scale which required days of work was there delay in deciding the dates.<br>Overall a good experience!
