9th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)I rented my previous home through Talbots for a year, and the experience was genuinely outstanding. The entire Talbots team was consistently supportive, professional, and quick to help with anything I needed. Having dealt with several estate agents over the last five years in the UK, Talbots really stands out for the quality of service they provide. They treat tenants with respect, communicate clearly, and make the whole renting process smooth and stress?free. I only moved out because I needed to relocate closer to my partner’s workplace, otherwise, I would have happily stayed on as their tenant. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and tenant?focused letting agent.
2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My communication with Winkworth was on and off. During that intermittent interaction with one of their agent, he sounded professional and very eager to assist with the selling. Overall Winkworth tried their best to sell my property but unfortunately was unsuccessful.
17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)David Andrew Estates on Highbury Park have been fully managing two properties for me for over 30 years. I cannot think of a greater testament for their services than that both properties have been let 99% of the time to tenants who have looked after the property and paid their rent on time every single month. Thank you to Philip, Francois and John and the team. I highly recommend these people and this company to both landlords and tenants.
2nd Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Not the greatest experience. Edit: I’ve just seen the response from the business and they’ve actually lied (clearly got customers mixed up), this is not what happened and I’ve now changed my review to a 1 star. Would definitely not recommend, what a shocking service.

1st Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Real lack of transparency, always guessing what’s happening, I had to constantly email to find out information, not once did I have an email from them to me, the excuse I can’t give you information I don’t have and leave you hanging for ever untill they do is a very poor excuse, vetting of clients finances poor, the senior manager at Haart, should know the customer is key to there buisiness, I found the customer service from her to be poor, and felt a little intimidated into sticking with a client for 2 months knowing he couldn’t get a mortgage, and saying to me it’s not like you have a choice, you didn’t have any other offers so let’s just wait, it’s ultimately my decision if I have a choice or not, and it ended up being the biggest waste of my time, not even an apology, we’ll I’m sorry that’s just not good enough, so I ended my time with them and have now remarketed, I know there not responsible if a client can’t get a mortgage, but they are definitely responsible for clear transparency between themseves and there customer, which was clearly lacking, need to do better
29th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Blain Firmin have been dealing with the sale of my late Mother’s flat. It was not an easy sale with short lease and not in the best condition. Mark held an open viewing day and sold it immediately getting an offer well above asking price. Mark has been an absolute joy to deal with. Helped getting a company to clear the flat for us. He kept us informed every step of the process and was always ready to help with any query we had. I would thoroughly recommend Blain Firmin they are a great professional company.
28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Read Daniel Rose's terms of business very carefully before you sign anything. In my experience this is an expensive agency with fees buried in the small print. I sold my flat in 2025, yet Daniel Rose have continued to collect the rent and demand commission on money I no longer receive, for a property I no longer own. When I asked them to stop collecting the rent and close my account, they refused. They are also holding the tenants' deposit and would not agree to hand it over, and they responded to my requests with threats of solicitors and a court claim.<br><br>The whole arrangement is completely one-sided: their contract is written so they get paid whether or not they actually do anything, even after a sale. After nearly six years as a client I found them unwilling to engage reasonably or to treat me fairly. Instructing this agency is the fastest way to lose tenants. Avoid at all costs.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

Ian was quick to respond to emails, transparent about the application process, and processed everything efficiently and very quickly as me and my partner had to move in quick. We felt very supported and we really appreciate how easy they made everything for us. We highly recommend Property Express to everyone. Thank you Ian :-) Marina
11th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.

Throughout this time I have purchased properties with their support and they support me with my rentals. Phil and Paul have been excellent committed professionals for the duration of the time I have worked alongside them and communication has always been excellent. Cousins are reliable and pleasant and I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a property or be supported with a rental. Darren DPG Electrical
1st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Do not use this agency. I had the worst experience a few years ago when they tried to keep the whole flats deposit and called the police when I tried to talk to them. I took on a case with the London Renters Union against them eventually and managed to settle the dispute through negotiations. Sad to see they are still just as bad! Avoid!

8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I would select minus zero stars if that were an option.<br>My experience with this property and the people responsible for managing it was extremely disturbing. I experienced serious concerns regarding privacy, security, access to my accommodation, and the treatment of tenants. I also raised concerns about behaviour that I considered completely unacceptable, and I found the responses from those responsible deeply unsatisfactory.<br>I have personally encountered issues that left me feeling unsafe and unable to trust that my accommodation and belongings were being properly respected. I also have concerns about the way tenant information, mail and personal privacy were handled.<br>There were also serious disputes concerning the condition and management of the properties and the handling of deposits. I have retained documentation relating to my experiences and have reported matters to the appropriate authorities where I believed it was necessary.<br>What makes this particularly frustrating is the apparent lack of accountability. In my experience, complaints were not dealt with in a way that gave me any confidence that tenants' legitimate concerns were being taken seriously.<br>I strongly recommend that anyone considering renting through these people carries out extensive independent checks, gets everything in writing, documents the condition of the property, and keeps records of every interaction. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend them.<br>Do your due diligence before handing over money or personal information.

13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

Benham and Reeves Dartmouth Park team are just outstanding- from the moment I started the journey on selling our home, Louis and Billy Boyle were there ievery step of the way. When we found buyer, it went to another level. When things get caught up, as they always do, Louis was offering solutions, advice and moving all parties along. They are not just doing a sales job when they come into your home to pitch to sell it, they are a team that genuinely care and support you every step of the way. Thank you Benham and Reeves - you are definitely NOT the same as all other estate agents!

He takes a wonderfully modern approach to property in how he markets, communicates and treats buyers/sellers. We always knew exactly where we stood thanks to his quick and transparent responses. We were in near constant collaboration in everything from deciding listing price and sales strategy to scheduling viewings and surveys. We’ve gone to him for advice on our onward purchase which he provided gladly even though he isn’t the listing agent. He is who you want to work with, and he’s assembling a great team (ie Piers) to support him.
