I can't reccomend Gary and the team highly enough. They know the area and their customer base so well - they found a buyer who appreciates the property in the same way I did.

The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. Thank you very much
27th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I rented a property with this agency in 2024, and although I’m writing this review late, people should be aware of my experience. This was one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. The property was full of cockroaches when I moved in (I did not know before I move in). No proper measures were taken to eradicate them. During the tenancy, they agreed that I could move out, but after that they completely stopped answering calls and emails. Then one day, they suddenly sent me an email claiming I had breached the contract and refused to return my deposit. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
1st Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We’ve been with Sales and Letting Ltd for about 8 and a half years, and I’ve always had a great experience. They are very reliable, trustworthy, and always keep their word. Any time an issue came up, they handled it quickly and professionally. I’m genuinely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.
12th Dec 2019 (6 years ago)I had to urgently move apartments due to some safety issues. Jordan Walsh of Parkheath apartment helped me through the process. He was very patient, professional and responsive to my comments. He did a fantastic job! Once I decided on the property, it was very easy to sign up for the lease and the backend office people were also very customer focused. I cannot recommend Jordan and Parkheath enough especially as I am new to the UK and had a safety challenge in my previous apartment so needed to move quickly. These guys are just amazing!
2nd May 2026 (16 weeks ago)My mum used Alison at Alexanders to sell her flat in Hendon. She had lost all faith in estate agents based on their poor performance. However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.
6th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)I had a very bad experience with this agency. I left a £300 holding deposit, but they refused to offer the 3-month tenancy I clearly asked for from the beginning. Instead, they tried to force a 12-month contract, which I never agreed to. When the tenancy could not proceed because they refused my request, they also refused to refund my holding deposit. This is not professional and goes against the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Communication was poor, and they did not provide clear information from the start. I do not recommend this agency.

10th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I’ve been with Tower for about seven years as a tenant and have also sold my family home through them. They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend.

23rd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

17th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)We didn't end up going ahead with our sale in the end - some family timing meant it wasn't the right moment for us - but I wanted to leave a review anyway because Tom was excellent throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use him when we do sell.<br><br>He came across as genuinely thorough from the first meeting, not just a sales pitch. He talked us through the marketing price versus what we might actually achieve, was clear about how the launch and pre-launch process works, and didn't try to rush us into anything. When we told him our circumstances had changed, he was completely understanding and no pressure about it, which honestly says a lot about how he'd handle things once you're actually on the market too.<br><br>If you're weighing up agents in the Edmonton area, I'd put him on your shortlist. Thorough, straightforward, no hard sell.

The whole team, and in particular Michele, helped me immensely through my journey as a landlord and as a seller. I had great tenants, both of whom remained in the property for many years without any issue, and Michael Morris was always on hand to provide assistance to both them and myself. I highly recommend anyone considering letting or selling a property to choose Michael Morris.
