9th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Gabri**!!! I had already clearly set my budget and move-in date before the viewing, but he kept pushing me to move in earlier and repeatedly asked me to increase the offer. The way he negotiated was extremely rude and he tried to renegotiate several times. It honestly felt like some kind of auction bidding. I expected a professional and reputable brand agency, but this turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. In the end, I even agreed to meet his demands, yet my offer was still rejected. I honestly don’t understand how something like this can happen. The way they handle business is like gangsters — completely lacking manners or professionalism. This is the worst agency experience I’ve had in London.

Steve's very easy to get in touch with if there are any issues, and always let us know well in advance if there were any contractors coming to the building for maintenance, fire doors etc. Caroline also very helpful whenever we had any queries. Great bunch of people, we will miss the flat.

Over the years I have worked with and for many estate agents and never have I come across one who is so proactive, professional and helpful in all respects. He did not give up ever and chased for information and ensured a speedy exchange and completion actually on time and as promised. Great experience and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Murray to handle any future sale. Thank you, Murray.

They were very quick with getting the brochure and advertising together and super quick with booking viewings. The property has sold quicker than expected, which is probably down to the work they put into getting it advertised ASAP. They have gone above and beyond with their professionalism and advice and we can't thank them enough. Highly recommend ??????.

Mr. Pawan did extremely well in marketing, pricing strategy, negotiation and communication. With his professionalism, he quickly strived for the best offer / buyer among several in less than one month. He could always understood our concerns and clarified our confusions regarding the process or even legal matters during the selling process. His clarity and responsiveness is highly appreciated. After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. I then made an online enquiry about a property that had unfortunately already been sold but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because that’s when Wendy stepped in. From that moment on, Wendy went above and beyond. She took the time to truly understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of price, location, and the type of home I wanted. This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.
19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.
25th Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Daniel and his team delivered exactly as they set out from the start - particularly impressive as they took over from another agent who had not done so. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they understood that the vendor is their client. The post-sale agreed service was outstanding. Their dedicated team liaised proactively with the buyer, solicitors, and surveyors. This was an element of the process we had perhaps underestimated. Having that support made the final stages far smoother than they might otherwise have been. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fine & Country Chiswick/Ealing.

Aside from the online referencing system (which didn’t seem to recognise my ability to pay rent as a self employed person in London - “computer says no”) - the process was very smooth and Dean was great to deal with.
