9th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I rented my previous home through Talbots for a year, and the experience was genuinely outstanding. The entire Talbots team was consistently supportive, professional, and quick to help with anything I needed. Having dealt with several estate agents over the last five years in the UK, Talbots really stands out for the quality of service they provide. They treat tenants with respect, communicate clearly, and make the whole renting process smooth and stress?free. I only moved out because I needed to relocate closer to my partner’s workplace, otherwise, I would have happily stayed on as their tenant. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and tenant?focused letting agent.
5th Jun 2026 (30 days ago)I did a first the viewing with Aaron and after I decided to make an offer for the property I requested for a second viewing to bring my family along. He was very patient and helpful as my sister was delayed and he waited with us util she arrived. Aaron is super friendly and professional and I’d recommend him 100%. He also took responsibility and chased my solicitor when required to make sure there is not unnecessary delays which is good for both sides.

11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Roundtree gave me excellent support during the recent sale of my house. Matthew and Saul were a pleasure to deal with and at times went above and beyond their job remit. They have me good advice when I needed it and their frequency of communication and responsiveness throughout the process was excellent.<br>The standard of their publicity material was also very good, particularly the quality of photography they use—much better than many other estate agents. I haven’t hesitated to recommend them to local friends.

Ian was quick to respond to emails, transparent about the application process, and processed everything efficiently and very quickly as me and my partner had to move in quick. Had seen many properties in our chosen area and even put in a few offers that didn’t work out. We found Ryann at Orient Estates to be a real breath of fresh air. Personable and down to earth, he really listened and understood what we needed and showed us the best properties, gave sound advice from years of experience and used his excellent judgement and negotiation skills to help get us the property we wanted and move the purchase along. Now that the purchase is complete we can fully appreciate all the work Ryann put in. He was always ready to answer questions in person or on the phone, arranged multiple viewings, raised our concerns to the sellers, provided documents to the solicitors with speed and was very professional, thorough and well organised throughout the whole process. Buying a house is a big step and we couldn’t have done it without Orient Estates attentive service. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again, a real pleasure to work with Ryann with an excellent outcome for all. Thank you once again to at Orient Estates.

22nd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I viewed a property through this estate agent, and it reeked of a strong food odour that would be difficult to remove from walls and furnishings. When I asked if it would be professionally cleaned or if the furnishings could be removed, Daniel, the agent was evasive. They insisted I provide all my personal documents before they can even ask the landlord, seemingly trying to pressure me into making an offer without any guarantee it would be honoured. They then ignored my email and only responded after the property had already been let.
