The sales manager James had kindly advised me on this property for a number of years with genuine and objective advice. Pervin, working with James, navigated the sale mechanics, lethargic solicitors and thorny management companies brilliantly. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and represent a rare breed of estate agents who have much more than just aggressive marketing in their toolbox. James is a real artist in dealmaking and we need more agents like you!

14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Gibbs Gillespie from the start gave an impression of being professional. The manager was very pleasant and explained everything. I was kept informed constantly. The reps who came on the viewings all did a good job.
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies in Uxbridge. If you are considering renting from them, don't! They will sell you lies until the moment you sign the agreement, after that they stop responding to emails or requests for help. The property was let to me with a long list of issues; broken window, filthy carpets and mould throughout the property. Despite repeatedly reporting these, nothing was ever done. Every complaint was ignored. To make matters worse, they then deducted from my deposit to supposedly cover the cost of the repairs and cleaning that was already present when I moved in. From the manager David to the property manager Gabriel, the staff are unprofessional, incompetent and completely insensitive to tenants. At one point they even tried to bribe me to remove my review. They are like scammers, save yourself the stress, time and money. Avoid this agency and rent somewhere else.
25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)What stands out for me with Foxtons was the ongoing support to ensure as smooth as sale as possible. Foxtons Hemel sold my parents home (marketing, viewing, feedback, all excellent service), however the star had to be Jack (based at Watford) who managed the process once the offer had been secured. Jack kept everyone up to date, and given the totally unforseen circumstances we found ourselves in, still held the chain together. Happy to say completed today. Recommend Foxtons if you are selling in the Watford / Kings Langley / Hemel area
22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Ellis and Co stands the best agent in Wembley area. After disappointment from all other agents I was able to find my property from Ellis and Co. Ronit, with his calm and patient nature has helped me through the whole letting process including references and contracts. Please go with them for your next home! Must recommended

They are dealing with my management and lettings and I highly rate the staff, particularly those I have been in contact with. Lincoln was helpful and charming, ready to help, and answer my questions. Ewa has been very efficient and straightforward with lettings. All The staff are kind and friendly and seem happy, many have been working there for many years, which is always a good sign of a good business. They look after landlords and tenants and the processes from start to finish. A service led business that I can recommend.

My experience was a complete failure from start to finish, characterized by a dismissive attitude and a staggering lack of basic industry knowledge. Throughout our interactions, I felt my time was treated as an afterthought. Not only was the service dismissive, but it became clear that Alexandra had little understanding of the specifics regarding property negotiations, a complete amateur. When I asked standard questions regarding the negotiation, I was met with vague or incorrect information that caused unnecessary delays. A sales negotiator is expected to facilitate a process, not hinder it through incompetence. This level of service is a poor reflection on the Temple Fortune office and falls well below the standard one expects from Foxtons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was a total waste of time and a deeply unprofessional experience.

It has now been over a month since we first reported that our property does not have a functioning toilet, and despite calling every day, no one has properly responded or taken action to resolve the issue. This is a basic and urgent matter that should never be left unresolved for this long. Who is actually responsible for following up and fixing problems like this? The lack of communication and urgency is extremely frustrating and, honestly, very discouraging. I hope this is addressed immediately.

- 11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Dexter's were very diligent and very professional from the moment I was contacted by Marlon, to the listings and viewings with Sofia up to the moment we have completed the sale through Jack and Jamil. But they went above and beyond. We had a difficult case at the end that needed proper skills to get over the line and I could not have asked for anyone better than Jack to handle it. He completely owned the difficult conversations and drove the sale over the finish line. I can safely say that without Jack's help this would not have happened. Thank you very much, and I definitely recommend using Dexter's Muswell Hill.
