Very bad service, lost tens thousands on tenant who did not pay them the rent, they did nothing had to chase constantly, very poor service by the male owner, not professional at all, they did not serve documents on bad tenants, lack of knowledge and would never use them or trust them. The worst company ever. Does not take care of it's tenants and is negligent in doing necessary repairs. A disgusting agency. Left tenant in the cold. Gave tenant a filthy flat with holes and broken windows, layers of defacation in the toilet, and a non working cooker to name a few. Bricks NEVER repaired or replace even after several pleas and notifications. A bad way to treat a good and responsible tenant. Stay away if you want a responsible landlord.
