Even in difficult market conditions they are positive about Sales.

We had 4 agents come out to value our home and chose Reeds Rains because Kate explained everything very well, had a lot of evidence to back up her valuation and brought along brochures of properties we had said we were interested in! Very professional and welcoming. Would highly recommend this branch! Thank you again girls x

They managed to negotiate a great selling price on my flat in a very challenging market and always let me know straight away when appropriate properties for me came up buy. Which led to us finding our ideal house. Their sales progression team also did a great job of keeping me up to date on status of the chain and communicating with all parties quickly and efficiently when issues arose. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again to all the team at Bailey & Co for your hard work.

After having our house listed with another agent for over 2 months without any viewings, Harrington's had viewings booked in under a week! Through every step of the process they were on top of things, even when lower in the chain were causing delays. Special shout-out to Aidan who has definitely made me never want to sell a house with anyone else again!

From the outset, communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br>They were extremely helpful in liaising with the landlord to ensure that the necessary repairs were carried out, and they were also accommodating in making it possible for me to extend my tenancy until I was able to move.
