Even in difficult market conditions they are positive about Sales.
5th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Disappointing experience. Took time off work to attend a viewing, only to have the agent discuss a live offer with the seller in front of me during the appointment. It made for a really awkward and unprofessional situation. While they later acknowledged it could have been handled differently, they ultimately stood by their actions. Needless to say I wound trust then to be involved in and sales or purchase. Basic discretion during viewings shouldn’t be too much to expect right?

They said they tried to phone me despite them having my phone number, email details etc and them phoning me this week already to confirm the viewing...

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I lived here until recently (2026, Ground Floor). This accommodation was very quiet, private, and safe. I think it's especially well-suited for international visitors or students coming to the UK for the first time. The shared kitchen was never overcrowded or noisy, and the facilities were kept very clean. The property manager was very helpful with explanations, and their email responses were always clear and prompt. It stayed warm in the winter and didn't get too hot in the summer, so I highly recommend this place.

The service I received was professional, efficient, and supportive from start to finish.<br><br>A special thank you to Claire for her excellent work and dedication throughout the process. Claire was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist whenever I had questions or needed guidance. She was so helpful, and always ensured that everything was handled properly. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment gave me great confidence and made the whole experience much easier.<br><br>I would also like to sincerely appreciate Ellie, who was always there as my first point of contact. Can't get better than that!- 17th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Dowen, Unprofessional estate agent.… I was very disappointed with Down estate agents, I booked a viewing for 1400hrs on the 17th June, at park road Hartlepool, and confirmed it with the agency, we waited for over 30 minutes for an agent to turn up, but no one did, I called their office and the lady said she's stuck in traffic she will be there shortly, we waited for a further 20 minutes, but no one turned up, I called the office again but this time no one answered, so I left a message, stating that if no one turns up in 5 minutes, we won't be bothering with the viewing, no one turned up, this company is so so so unprofessional, and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them, if they can't be bothered to turn up for a viewing of a property, then it says it all, It's that bad that I can't start rate them,

I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

Catie gave us an honest valuation and realistic advice, found us a buyer quickly, and helped us secure our dream home. The whole team kept us updated throughout and were always on hand to answer any questions. Catie, Chloe and Grace made the process really easy and as stress free as possible and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

They failed to answer basic questions from potential buyers and failed to sell a fairly standard property which subsequently sold easily. Then tried to fleece me for commission. Avoid at all costs.

From the first valuation of our flat in Heaton, we were immediately struck by his personal approach and his unparalleled understanding of the local market. From marketing to sales progression, he supported us perfectly and made himself very available. Although our chain didn’t work out as we would have liked, Noel went above and beyond to offer calm, honest, and expert advice and to keep things moving forward. He has been incredibly supportive throughout a stressful situation. An absolute professional who genuinely looks after his clients and goes the extra mile. We will approach Noel for our future sale without any hesitation.

Carla is extremely good at her job, with advice and negotiation. I would recommend Hegarties at Houghton.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)5* Service from Start to Finish — Sale & Purchase<br>I recently used Target’s services both for the sale of my property and for buying one of their listed properties, and I was blown away by the personal customer service from Joe and Keileigh. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, always being available to help — even 7 days a week. They negotiated the absolute best offer for the property I was selling, even when other agents had undervalued it. Later on in the process, when the chain sometimes felt like it had come to a stop, they were proactive in contacting parties much further up the chain to keep the transaction moving, which made such a difference. Their friendly communication and genuine support made everything feel much smoother and less stressful. I’d happily recommend Target to anyone looking for a local estate agent who truly goes the extra mile. Thank you again to Joe, Keileigh, and the team at Target.
