The entire experience, from arranging viewings to finalising the tenancy, was handled with great care and attention to detail. He found us 4 excellent would be tenants within 3/4 days ! He kept us informed of everything along the way. He has a confidence and enthusiasm about his work - seems to love his job ! 26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately I do not recommend this agency. As a landlord I have have had to evict my tenants that the agency supposedly vetted prior to their tenancy. Now, I'm trying to get in touch with them in regards to the deposit which we are disputing, however no matter how I try to correspond with them (phone and email) I am not receiving any reply.- 15th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Since the day my house went up for sale Lorraine & the team were extremely helpful and compassionate. I believe it was one of the longest house sales they’ve had (not through any fault of theirs) yet they always remained positive and happy to host as many viewings as needed to get the home sold. Communication has been amazing and I can’t thank them enough. Would definitely use again!

The team are all so welcoming and so helpful ?????? thank you Beth and Charli for putting up with us and always letting us see the property when we asked

We were fortunate to work with them on both the sale of our current property and the purchase of a new home, and the process was seamless on both counts. They certainly deserve the 5 stars!

I had my house on the market with a larger agent who told me it would sell very quickly, and failed to sell it after months. Then Suzanne came round and gave me an honest valuation, and the property sold quickly to a serious buyer. Charlotte and Siobhan were great on viewings and always had the answers to my questions. Sefftons are a small team which makes the world of difference as I didn't just feel like a number to them. The ladies were always friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process to make it as stress free as possible. I would recommend Sefftons to anyone.
