19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Had an overall good experience with Galloways. The team was friendly, responsive and supported me through each step of the process. Some pressure was applied towards the end but overall I was happy to be supported by a smaller team and local agency to West Norwood.
4th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Diandre provided outstanding support throughout our move. He was friendly, efficient, and always available to answer our questions. His proactive approach and excellent communication helped speed up the entire process, allowing us to move into our new home sooner than we expected. We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent.
29th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)Under offer and keeping my fingers crossed for smooth progress. The team at Pedder have been really communicative and helpful, with regular updates. Carolina has been great at helping to keep the process moving. Really happy so far.
3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I had a really positive experience with Rhia Evelyn. She was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. She was very cooperative, answered all my questions clearly and always responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

Although in the end the property wasn’t quite right for us, my experience with Rhia was excellent. She made the viewing and communication very easy and pleasant. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and responsive estate agent. Thank you, Rhia! ??????
21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)To any freeholders looking to give Stapleton Long the responsibility of managing your property please think twice. As a leaseholder I was subject to the really poor service of Stapleton Long, without any choice in the matter of who our managing agent is.
My first complaint is their lack of attention to detail; nearly every account or bill needed triple checking and was often wrong. The details of our lease were ignored and constant checking and reminding was needed.
The second complaint would be their lack of action. During our sale we had very slow response times that held up the process and taking action for repairs was even worse. A major roof repair took over a year before any action was taken. I'm still owed money for repairs in an annual service charge that were never carried out.

In their defence, they were always available to speak to on the phone. But I feel for any other leaseholders who have them as their managing agent.
29th Apr 2026 (5 mo. ago)The only issue we had was the poor service from a 3rd party supplier to arrange for the photographs and floor plan, the latter was consistently wrong and ended with me having to take a floor plan into the office
31st Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Highly experienced team that knows the area so well. An abundance of solid advice throughout and always very direct and pragmatic. Nothing but praise for Alex, Sarah and Emma.

3rd Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I recently bought my first property through Homecastle and they were excellent. Very fast to respond and helpful with all my clueless queries throughout. Would highly recommend.
18th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I do not recommend it. We lived in the Newlands Park property that they manage in London for 5 years. The owner invests 0 in the property. During the winter, the toilet gets a lot of mould due to the humidity. We always asked them to fix it, and they never did; we fixed it ourselves, as both my husband and I have respiratory issues. They were always very, very slow to respond to issues we had with the property; we had to chase them all the time. In fact, during our last month in the property, a water pipe that always been damaged broke again because the person the send to fix it only puts tape, and doesn't fix it properly By the 3rd year, they wanted to increase the rent, and you’d think, yes, that’s fair, but again, the landlord never wanted to reinvest in the property, even though it clearly needed a decent investment. We were very reluctant to allow them to increase the rent, as the property NEEDS a lot of repairs. No double glazing, so the property is not energy efficient. The cellar has mould, so anything you put in there gets ruined by it. The wood in the kitchen window and the bath is rotten, never got fixed During our last year (2025), in May, THEY LIED and told us the owner wanted to sell the property; we were thinking of leaving the country anyway, so we were okay with it. They told us we had to leave by August. However, the timing was not right, as we had some travel planned. We managed to get an extension until November, sorted out our move and work situation, and moved to Spain at the end of November. And to add, they took 1.5 months to return our deposit. My husband had to chase them a couple of times, and the last time he told them that if the deposit wasn't returned by the 9th of Jan, he would escalate it. they didn’t even return all of it. , and guess what? The property is now available TO RENT £150 more expensive, and with all of the issues we flag and they and the landlord haven’t fixed them at all. AVOID!
6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)It was really lovely having Northwood work for me. I chose the worst time in history to try to sell my flat, but believe all the staff worked very hard on my behalf to find a buyer. At the time of writing, there might well still be a potential buyer! All the staff - Robert, Arjan, Torri and Jennie - were all so friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person.
Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward - Crystal Palace

28th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)I had a very positive experience with Junior, who showed me several apartments on Saturday morning in Crystal Palace. He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!
19th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Huge thanks to Banji, he was brilliant, genuinely helpful, and even stayed late past 5 PM so I could get my keys and not be left stranded. He is the sole reason this isn't a 1-star review.
The agency itself is completely disjointed. Communication between departments is a mess, emails and calls are routinely ignored, and their reliance on third-party agencies makes simple tasks needlessly complicated. Internal miscommunication delayed my agreed move-in date by five days, leaving me to figure things out entirely on my own.
The absurdity peaked on move-in day. I pointed out an error in the initial draft which was completely ignored, forcing me to flag the exact same mistake after the document had already gone out for signatures. They retracted the contract on the morning of my move, didn't re-issue it until 3:30 PM, and then expected me to rush down to collect keys before their 5:00 PM close.
?Banji deserves all the credit for customer service, but management desperately needs to fix their internal communication and workflow.
All in all, not bad but not good either.
All the best.
28th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Paula was enthusiastic and easy to communicate with. Sale went smoothly.Would recommend Jukes and Co and Paula
27th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Simon Darvill and Rian Formon assisted us with the sale of our property in Crystal Palace. Whilst it was a challenging process through the pandemic, they both did a great job and provided an ultra-professional service. Many thanks- 30th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Vince the manager always on hand if we had any questions and molly omg no the history of our area so well and such a lovely people Vince and molly would highly recommend pedder West Norwood ????
- 29th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Paige was super responsive and easy to communicate with. She listened to my needs and matched me with a great property. I felt Paige met my vibe at the viewing and I'm super grateful for her help.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)A huge thank you to David and Mark for their fantastic support over many years, both with the rental and, more recently, the sale of my property.

They have always been incredibly helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile whenever needed.

I’ve really appreciated all their help, advice and support over the years, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you both!
2nd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Excellent estate agent both Mark and vipin are simply the best.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I rented my flat through Martin & Co over the period of about 10 years. From start to finish, the service I received was outstanding. James & Annabel are capable, thorough and extremely personable; their information management is excellent and they were hugely proactive in how they managed the flat. So much so that when it came to sell, I used them for that as well (the sale was every bit as well executed as the management). I cannot recommend them highly enough.
8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Professional, pleasant, and accommodating.
2nd Apr 2020 (6 years ago)Excellent, proactive service. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly and I felt they listened and responded well, rather than me feeling like just another number! They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Great management. Always helpful and professional service!
7th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Harper Jayne Homes were the life savers! We were impressed how easy and fast they found a tenant. What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!
