5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.

12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Recently let a property with Leaders - process was fast and pretty smooth. What I would say is how pro active Carol was in property management. Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

Knowing we were selling our childhood home following the loss of our mum, they could not have been more kind, helpful and sensitive from the very first time we spoke with them and explained our situation. Any time we needed to contact them we didn't have to wait for a reply which takes away any frustration or stress. They had a good relationship with the solicitors and their professionalism and dedication to moving the sale to conclusion made the whole process seemless. Thank you so much.
7th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)Took ages to sell done it in the end- 9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)We have been long-term clients of Mann Countrywide and recently experienced an issue with a property repair, both in terms of the cost and the underlying cause of the problem.<br><br>Leon stepped in as the Senior Property Manager and took ownership of the matter. He arranged for a contractor with a strong reputation to attend, and the repair was completed within 24 hours.<br><br>The contractor also provided a clear and thorough report, which helped us understand the cause of the issue much better. We really appreciated Leon's prompt action, professionalism and commitment to resolving the matter.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending the full property management service provided by the Countrywide Group.

He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. They helped us from<br>Start to finish, from negotiating, communicating with the seller and when the inevitable hurdles came (not from MV!) they helped us patiently, and made what could have been a bumpy process feel very smooth keeping both us and the seller of the property reassured and happy. They made us feel like a personal friend and not a client and were always happy to have a chat even when there were no real updates to share. I’d recommend this team completely.
