We recently rented an apartment through Inner City Estates and had a wonderful experience, mostly thanks to Paul Goldie. From the very beginning, Paul was incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything moved along without any of the typical stress that usually comes with moving. We also want to give a special thanks to Diane, who was amazing in supporting us with maintenance and coordinating the change of a few furniture pieces. Although my early encounters with City Move Estate and their staff were polite and pleasant, they ended up evicting me from my apartment without issuing the appropriate documents at the beginning of my tenancy. In addition, the hot showers in my apartment were unreliable for over a year despite multiple requests to get them fixed- when, after more than a year had passed, the shower was finally fixed up, the eviction notice came soon after.
